Content Guidelines

The standards used to review workplace reviews, discussions, comments, and reports before or after publication.

Updated March 20, 2026

What we want on PunëPunë

The most useful posts are specific, firsthand, and grounded in real workplace experience. Clear detail matters more than dramatic tone.

  • Describe what happened, when relevant, and in what role or context.
  • Separate opinion from fact and avoid exaggeration you cannot support.
  • Use language that helps other readers make better decisions, not language designed to shame or provoke.

What we remove or reject

We may reject content before publication or remove it afterward if it creates legal, privacy, or safety risk, or if it does not meet the quality threshold for the platform.

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or degrading attacks on individuals or protected groups.
  • Private personal information, including contact details, identity documents, salaries tied to identifiable people, or confidential internal records you are not allowed to share.
  • Impersonation, coordinated manipulation, spam, duplicated submissions, or content written by people pretending to have experience they do not have.
  • Unsupported allegations of criminal conduct or other claims that materially increase defamation risk without enough context.

Anonymity and verification expectations

Anonymous posting protects your public identity, but it does not remove responsibility for what you submit. We still review anonymous content for credibility and policy compliance.

We may decline content that appears intentionally misleading, impossible to moderate safely, or written to reveal someone else's identity under the cover of your own anonymity.

How moderation works in practice

Reviews are screened before publication. Discussions and comments can also be moderated after publication if they are reported or later found to break the rules.

  • Some content is approved as submitted.
  • Some content is rejected with a reason so the author can revise and resubmit.
  • Some published content is hidden or removed if later reports or reviews show it should not remain public.
