Using the platform

PunëPunë is a moderation-first workplace review and discussion platform for people researching employers and sharing firsthand experience.

By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, provide honest information, and avoid publishing material that violates these terms or our Content Guidelines.

  • You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • You may not attempt to access another person's account, bypass moderation, or interfere with the platform.

Reviews, discussions, and anonymity

Reviews are moderated before publication. We check submissions for relevance, privacy risk, impersonation, harassment, and other policy issues before they go live.

Choosing anonymous posting hides your identity from the public interface, but PunëPunë still keeps internal account-level records needed for safety, abuse prevention, and moderation.

  • You must submit only content you wrote yourself or have the right to share.
  • You may describe your experience, compensation, interview process, and workplace conditions, but you must not post private personal data about other people.
  • We may ask you to revise or resubmit content that is substantially helpful but needs policy fixes before publication.

Moderation and enforcement

We may reject, hide, remove, or limit content when it breaks our rules, creates legal or privacy risk, or undermines the usefulness of the platform.

We may also act on reports from users, automated safety signals, or internal review. Moderation decisions may be logged for audit and consistency purposes.

  • Rejected reviews can be sent back with a reason and a path to edit and resubmit.
  • Discussions and comments may be hidden or removed after publication if they later trigger moderation concerns.
  • Repeated or severe abuse may lead to account restrictions or permanent removal.

Ownership, feedback, and disclaimers

You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant PunëPunë the rights needed to host, display, moderate, and improve the service.

The platform reflects user-submitted experiences and opinions. We do not guarantee that every post is complete, current, or universally representative of an employer.

We may update these terms as the product, moderation process, or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will take effect once published on this page.
